CHRISTMAS BREAD

1 cup of brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup of nuts, chopped

1 lb. of diced dates

1 cup of flour

1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons of baking powder

Sift dry ingredients together. Add dates to flour mixture. Beat eggs and sugar together,

add nuts then flour mixture. Bake in pan 10 x 14 x 2 inches for 30 minutes at 350

degrees.
